VERMONT BY DEFAULT!

Last night Aug 3rd...I decided to stay with the guys one more night in a motel instead of camping. Little did we know there were NO rooms available.. So looking at the route itinerary, we headed east thinking that made sense.. Dark, raining, tired, we finally said to hell with NY and drove to Burlington Vermont.. Turned out to be a great day for the 3 of us. Walked the shore of Lake Champlain, did the market street, went to Ben and Jerry's and visited the state capital in Montpelier! Seems odd to do a whole state in one day but the guys can move on to Boston now and I get  back to the first priority.. Riding the bike! 😜
